Growing competencies that are critical to the performance in a current or potential future job role is vital to the success of individuals as well as the organization. (Assembling process, Winding, Gluing, knowledge in electro technical basics, EMI, Power Quality etc.)

3. Management development

Schaffner Group has to continue to grow as an organization. We recognize that sustained growth, driven by solid business results, requires excellent leadership at all levels in the organization, both now and into the future. Our ambitions as an organization are high - we are therefore not prepared to leave the development of our leaders, up to random events or to chance. (Integrated leadership concept, communication as core competence, strategic management, financial leadership and controlling)
