Your Position

You play a key role in the After Sales department for our Power Quality products. With your hands-on and responsible manner, you ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to customer loyalty.

Your Tasks

  • Planning, preparation, implementation and documentation of service calls, revisions and repairs at our customers in the EMEA & USA region

  • Ensuring technical 2nd level support

  • Ensuring equipment replacement in the area of operation

  • Contact person for our customers in case of technical questions

  • Creation, adaptation and forwarding of service documentation and technical reports

  • Recording and documentation of information for the purpose of product optimisation

  • Training of customer personnel on operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and safety equipment

Your Profile

  • Basic technical training as an automation technician or in the field of electrical engineering / power electronics / energy technology, ideally with completed further training (technician) 

  • Several years of professional experience as a service technician or technical supporter 

  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting. 

  • Independent and self-reliant way of working 

  • Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage 

  • Pronounced flexibility and unlimited willingness to travel (40-50%) 

  • Driving licence category B
