You play a key role in the After Sales department for our Power Quality products. With your hands-on and responsible manner, you ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to customer loyalty.
Planning, preparation, implementation and documentation of service calls, revisions and repairs at our customers in the EMEA & USA region
Ensuring technical 2nd level support
Ensuring equipment replacement in the area of operation
Contact person for our customers in case of technical questions
Creation, adaptation and forwarding of service documentation and technical reports
Recording and documentation of information for the purpose of product optimisation
Training of customer personnel on operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and safety equipment
Basic technical training as an automation technician or in the field of electrical engineering / power electronics / energy technology, ideally with completed further training (technician)
Several years of professional experience as a service technician or technical supporter
Customer-oriented thinking and acting.
Independent and self-reliant way of working
Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
Pronounced flexibility and unlimited willingness to travel (40-50%)
Driving licence category B
