Together with your two colleagues you form the Project Management team within our Global R&D department for our Industrial Division. That means you participate in innovative and challenging EMC filter development projects for various industries and applications.
You work on multiple projects of varying scope and complexity with a hands-on approach and international exposure.
Management and supervision of EMC filter development projects in a matrix project organisation
Project responsibility during the entire project life cycle from feasibility analysis to planning and design to industrialisation
Setting priorities, creating task lists and monitoring progress towards project goals, taking into account project scope, business objectives and costs
Proactively identify and manage risks and consistently develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to ensure projects stay on track
Ensure project quality through the use of modern methods and tools
Actively and proactively support product industrialisation and the continuous product improvement process
Prepare and present project plans and regular updates to stakeholders and steering team
Degree in electrical engineering or a similar field with additional project management certification
At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial environment
Involvement in matrix project organisation
Experience in product development in the electrical industry (e.g. machine tool building)
Know-How in EMC filtering / business an advantage
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Highly motivated with a "can do" attitude, good problem solving skills and the inclination to lead discussions to a practical solution
Ability to discuss technical details with engineers and identify consensus between all parties involved
Confident communication in German and English (written and verbal)
