Schaffner Holding AG and its Group companies have no management agreements with third parties.

Changes in the Group Management
Alexander Hagemann took over the operational management of the Schaffner Group as the new Chief Executive Officer on March 1, 2007.
He replaced Hans Hess, who had led the group ad interim since September 2006 as Managing Director.
